MyAccountability.coach is operated by Performance Elevated ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our SMS-based accountability platform.
When you create an account, we collect your first name, last name, email address, mobile phone number, timezone, and language preference. During use of the service, we collect your daily check-in responses, streaks, points, badges, and goal tracking data. Payment information is processed by Stripe — we never see or store your credit card number.
We use your information to: deliver daily SMS accountability check-in messages to your mobile phone number; display your progress on your dashboard; send check-in summaries to your designated accountability partner; provide analytics to your coach or organization leader if applicable; send transactional emails related to your account; and improve our service through aggregate, anonymized analysis.
Your mobile phone number and any information collected through SMS messages will not be sold, shared, or rented to any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number is used exclusively to deliver the MyAccountability.coach service — daily check-in messages, confirmations, milestone notifications, and service-related communications. We will never use your mobile number for any purpose other than delivering the service you signed up for. We do not share your mobile information with any third party except Twilio, our SMS delivery provider, which processes messages on our behalf and is contractually prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.
Your data is visible to: you (via your dashboard); your designated accountability partner (check-in summary only — not full open-ended responses); and your coach or organization leader if you are part of a group campaign. We never sell your personal data to anyone.
We use the following service providers who process data only as needed to deliver our service: Twilio (SMS message delivery), Supabase (secure database hosting), Stripe (payment processing), Netlify (website hosting), and Mailchimp (email communications). Each provider is bound by their own privacy policies and processes your data only as necessary to provide their specific service.
We protect your data with row-level security policies on all database tables, encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), access-controlled authentication, and secure credential management. While no system is 100% secure, we implement industry-standard safeguards to protect your information.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request full account deletion at any time by emailing support@myaccountability.coach. Deletion will be completed within 30 days and includes removal of all personal data, check-in responses, and account information.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. You may also contact support@myaccountability.coach to request SMS opt-out.
MyAccountability.coach is not directed at children under the age of 13. Users under 18 require parent or guardian consent. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
