By creating an account with MyAccountability.coach ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Accountable.me is an SMS-based accountability platform. Users create accountability tracks, receive daily check-in questions via text message, and optionally share progress summaries with designated accountability partners.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have parent/guardian consent, to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information, including your mobile number.
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Each plan includes a monthly check-in interaction limit. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
If you designate an accountability partner, you consent to MyAccountability.coach sharing summaries of your daily check-in results with that partner. You may remove a partner at any time in your settings.
You agree not to use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others; to send spam; or to violate any applicable law.
The Service, including its design, software, and content, is owned by MyAccountability.coach. Your check-in questions and responses remain yours.
The Service is a personal accountability tool. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and is not a substitute for professional care.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyAccountability.coach shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including missed or delayed messages.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
