Performance Elevated operates MyAccountability.coach, a subscription software service that delivers daily accountability check-ins by SMS text message. Customers create an account on our website, write their own daily check-in questions, and receive those questions as a text message at a time they choose. They reply to the text with their answers. Their responses are recorded in their personal dashboard, and a summary is sent to an accountability partner they designate.
The service is used by individuals working on personal goals, professional coaches managing client rosters, small group and ministry leaders, educators, mentors, and team managers.
Individual — $29/month: Up to 50 check-ins per month, custom questions, one accountability partner, streaks and badges, progress dashboard.
Coach — $79/month: Up to 200 check-ins per month, custom question sets per client, campaign scheduling, partner dashboard with analytics, intervention alerts, custom sender branding.
Manager — $149/month: Up to 500 check-ins per month, multiple coaches, organization dashboard, CSV and PDF reporting, Spanish language support, priority support.
Goal Achievement Engine add-on — $9 to $29/month: SMART goals, OKRs, project tracking, and completion dashboards.
All plans include a 14-day free trial. Payments are processed by Stripe. Customers may cancel at any time.
Customers opt in to SMS messages exclusively through the signup form at myaccountability.coach/pages/signup.html by manually checking a consent checkbox that is unchecked by default. Messages are sent from (984) 341-6400. Message frequency varies, typically 2 to 4 messages per day during an active accountability sprint. Message and data rates may apply. Customers may reply STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance.
Mobile phone numbers, opt-in status, and any information collected through SMS messages are never sold, shared, rented, or disclosed to any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not engage in affiliate marketing or third-party lead generation.
